It’s time to talk about our brilliant benefits scheme, AND Be You. Our benefits package is more competitive than ever to suit our diverse range of people and their needs.

Our people’s well-being inside and outside of work is a core priority for us, which is why we offer 26 days holiday allowance + bank holidays. We’ve also moved to “Blended Working”, giving ANDis the autonomy to work from home or their clubhouse to complete their projects. Every ANDi gets a brand new MacBook and a £50 IT accessories budget when they start.

To make sure all ANDis are supported and comfortable whilst at home, we also offer a working from home budget to help equip home offices with ergonomic tech and furniture so everyone has the right surroundings to be productive. 

Core Benefits

As an ANDi, you have certain core benefits on the house. Our core benefits have an increased emphasis on our ANDi’s financial, physical and emotional well-being.

  • 6% employer pension contribution - While it feels a way down the road, it’s important to think about what kind of life you want once you’ve retired – and how you’ll fund it. You can manage your pension any time throughout the year via our AND Be You benefits platform, so you have total control over your pension.

  • Private Medical Insurance - All ANDis, all pre-existing medical conditions... we’ve got your back. You can allocate some Flex Fund or salary to extend it to your family, or opt-out altogether.

  • Income Protection - If you find yourself unable to work due to illness or injury, income protection provides a regular monthly payment that helps ease financial burdens up to 50% of your salary.

  • Life Assurance - Not everyone needs life assurance, but if your children, partner or other relatives depend on your income to cover the mortgage or other living expenses then, then this protects them should the worst happen.

  • Share scheme - We want ANDis to own AND because we want to reward each person for their contribution to company growth. The aim is to encourage everyone to be invested in the long-term success of AND together. Flexible Benefits

£1,000 Flex Fund - Personalise your benefits to suit your needs

 This is a £1,000 pot designed to be used on the benefits that really take your fancy. Each time you make a selection, you’ll see how much it’s taken from your Flex Fund and how much you have left to splurge. While we strongly encourage you to make the most of it, anything you don’t spend will simply be added back into your pay over 12 months.

Be Remarkable Fund

Use the Flex Fund balance to contribute up to £50 monthly into your Be Remarkable Fund. You’ll be able to claim back the costs on, well, pretty much anything that makes you, you! We encourage our people to use their Be Remarkable Fund to focus on what makes them happy.

Career Scrum Teams is AND’s agile inspired approach to career development. We want all our people to know that their career is our priority by providing a development plan that recognises their strengths, provides tailored coaching and helps everyone realise their potential. No ratings. No review documents. No out of date objectives. 

Every ANDi also gets 13 days per year for innovation or upskilling. You will also have access to an external upskilling budget. This can be used on tickets to conferences, certifications, courses, memberships - essentially anything outside of AND Digital that supports your learning!

To develop ANDis outside of work too, we also offer 2 volunteering days a year to encourage our people to make an impact in their community too.  

Socialising at AND

Culture is really important at AND. With a blended working model in place, we recognise that we need to make an extra effort to ensure our teams have strong relationships and that we have the chance to socialise and have fun together.
