Blended work: the new way Of working

At AND Digital, we’re taking a unique approach. Our new Blended Work initiative isn’t just a standard, hybrid initiative in disguise. It stands apart from other flexible work options. It’s an innovative way to give our ANDis more choice about where they work, while allowing us to exceed the needs of our clients.

Join us as Kathy Marshall, People Lead at AND Digital, explains how (and why) we developed our Blended Work initiative. Kathy will introduce the concept of Blended Work, explaining why we aren’t dictating the number of days in the office to our ANDis and how we are helping them adapt their work location to the task at hand.

Then, Dominic Dow, Technology Business Partner - EMEA for Robert Walters Group, shares his insights into working after the pandemic, covering everything from managing a tech team to virtual leadership and learnings.

Together, Kathy and Dominic will share their lessons from lockdown and explain how you can get the most value for your organisation, going forward, taking a people-centric approach to find the perfect working blend.

About Kathy

Kathy has 5 years’ experience across people development and change. At AND Digital, this includes designing and delivering our award winning bootcamp, supporting the set up of AND’s first office outside London, and creating AND’s mobility process to support internal growth and development.

More recently, Kathy has focused on contributing to AND’s people strategy and vision for 2025, establishing our alumni network, and supporting AND’s response to Covid-19. She specialised in providing a variety of support to ANDi’s wellbeing as well as prioritising the maintenance of company culture during the pandemic. Kathy has a passion for ensuring people love coming to work!

About Dominic

Dominic has 25 years experience working in and leading teams of multi disciplinary and often dispersed technology teams for large international corporates, outsource providers and public sector organisations. He joined Robert Walters in late 2018 as their Technology Business Partner for the EMEA&A Region and the Group

More recently Dominic has been leading Robert Walters major Digital Transformation Programme, in partnership with AND Digital, an Agile development of a new recruitment platform. No sooner was it launched in January 2020 that it had to adapt to the impacts of Covid-19.
