AND Digital, one of the UK's fastest growing companies, has today launched its 6th Club in London. This takes the organisation to 20 locations overall, spanning Scotland, England and the Netherlands. The new Club - still to be named by its first squad, will be headed up by Josh Haagsma. Here he talks about the expansion and what it means for London's digital economy.

Josh Haagsma joins AND's journey following two decades in digital, most recently heading up the European region of Concentrix Catalyst.

He brings a passion for digital and people that spans industries; with experience in finance, FMCG, software, government, energy, retail and more.

Josh said, “I’m passionate about creating environments that enable myself and the teams around me to solve problems in remarkable ways. I’ve enjoyed creating environments where we can be inquisitive and innovative, driving pragmatic outcomes for all involved.”

AND Digital’s latest club will be key in closing the city's digital skills gap, helping the business solve critical digital challenges for more of London's organisations. Josh is clear about his and AND’s role in helping London businesses accelerate their digital capability.

He said, “The external environment is particularly challenging right now. We’re tentatively post-pandemic with “the new normal” still being defined. Global and local economics introduce more uncertainty than we’ve had in recent years. I want to create a club that provides consistency for its people and its clients through this period and beyond.

“Together, we’ll work towards meaningful outcomes and enjoy it. AND Digital takes this to an enterprise level. It’s a friendly and approachable organisation that does some seriously impactful work. I’m delighted to be here.”

Building digital capabilities

AND Digital’s London Hub Lead, Wendy Stonefield, welcomed Josh to the team and stressed the importance of the new London Club.

The imperative for organisations to do more digitally is at an all time high, and the pace at which they need to move is relentless - all at a time when the skills required are in short supply. Now more than ever, every organisation needs the digital capability to react and pivot rapidly, to deliver products and services rapidly, and to innovate with efficiency. The most successful businesses in London are accelerating their digital capability through upskilling, reskilling and bolstering their teams. AND is supporting our clients to stand up to the opportunity that digital presents, whilst easing the associated challenges of doing so. Under Josh’s leadership, our latest Club will have a major impact in enabling us to help more London businesses flourish."
