"Create outcome-oriented change" with Dragan Jojic
We all know change is hard, especially meaningful, lasting change. It makes it even harder when it is approached with a solution-based mindset and a predetermined menu of methodologies, practices and tools.
What would happen if we were instead to look up towards what we would like to have happen – the outcomes? Dragan has been fascinated with outcomes for a number of years now, and has been using them in all of his client engagements. While we cannot guarantee to make them happen, the outcomes are the best way he knows for achieving alignment and providing clarity of direction.
As a seasoned coach, trainer and facilitator with more than 30 years’ experience, Dragan has worked with many organisations in retail banking, insurance, online gaming and international charity sectors. Organisations like these often talk a good story, but fail to evolve in a meaningful and lasting way. Dragan’s approach is to start by helping them to articulate the impact they would like to have. With that clarity, he then guides and supports them to experiment with potential paths to success.
