On Thursday 20th February, Battersea Evolution was a hub of activity and excitement, as organisations from across the UK waited patiently to find out where they had placed in The Sunday Times Top 100 Companies to Work for 2020 list.
Amongst them, a team of ANDis were there to represent AND, and to see how we’d done this year.
After last year’s success, moving from the small companies list to the larger category - and placing 15th - we were wondering how much more we could achieve in 2020.
Climbing the ranks
We’re delighted to announce that AND Digital moved five spots up the list, placing us in the top 10!
Having only launched in 2014, this is a remarkable achievement, both for the company as a whole, and every ANDi within it.
Our new ranking in the top 10 means we have placed alongside a range of established organisations, including MVF, Willmott Dixon, The Landmark London and Bionic.
Best Companies’ 3-star accreditation is used to highlight organisations with the highest standard of workplace engagement, and is only given to those that truly excel.
To receive 3 stars, an organisation needs to have a BCI (Best Companies Index) score of at least 738. So, with a score of 779.9, it’s a clear indicator of the success and impact our approach to workplace engagement is having with ANDis across the organisation. And this isn’t the first time we’ve received this accreditation, having also done so in 2019 and 2017.
Further to this, we’re happy to announce that we ranked 7th overall for both Wellbeing and Fair Deal, two of the eight factors Best Companies uses to determine workplace engagement.
Paramjit Uppal, AND’s CEO and Founder, said:
“I’m absolutely delighted that we are now in the top 10 best companies to work for in the UK. Having grown to a 600-strong workforce in just six years, it’s brilliant to see that our commitment to creating and maintaining a strong work environment has consistently delivered. It’s our ANDis who make AND Digital the remarkable company it is today, so I want to say a huge thank you to everyone for your continued passion, determination and drive.”
