AND Digital's rapid growth continues with 1000 staff milestone

AND Digital has this week hit a record milestone by recruiting its 1000th employee (or ‘ANDi’ as they are known) in just seven years. The news comes as founder Paramjit Uppal unveils ambitious plans to expand the company’s global footprint by 2025.  

Founded in 2014 by CEO Paramjit Uppal, AND Digital is a multi-award winning tech company that accelerates digital delivery for its clients by helping them close their digital skills gaps. It currently counts British Airways, Gousto, NBrown Group and IAG Cargo among its growing number of clients. 

In the space of seven years it has grown revenues to 50million+ and has expanded its UK operations to include 11 offices (known as clubs), with an additional club set to open in Leeds in September 2021. The company also established its first international office in Amsterdam in March 2021.

Commenting on the company’s record milestone, Paramjit Uppal said:
