And Digital is proud to sponsor OxTech Fest, a two-day event that celebrates the thriving tech scene across Oxfordshire on the 7th and 8th September. Featuring talks on everything from autonomous vehicles to upskilling, and from digital twins to neurodiversity, it’s a great opportunity to spotlight the organisations, people, and ideas that are making the county an important part of the UK’s tech industry.
We’re taking part in two events over the two days. On day one, we’re running a session in which we'll discuss our approach to remote working and explain how we’ve successfully pivoted to fully distributed teams. We’ll offer practical guidance and examples of how we’ve managed to support staff and retain our unique culture even while everyone has been working from home.
On day two, People Lead Alina Butu will join Nikki Bartlett, Talent, Leadership and Learning at EY, CubanEight's Managing Director Sian Gaskell, and Charlene Hunter, Founder & CEO of Coding Black Females, for a further discussion on hybrid working.
