Welcome to the next Agile Reading meetup!

Our mission is to grow the Agile community in Reading and share new trends and techniques in the Agile world.

Not every Agile transformation goes according to plan. But sometimes, if the basics are observed, transformation can feel natural and yield good results.

Join us for this month’s Agile Reading meetup where Derek Hulley, Principal Software Engineer and Architect at Oracle, will describe one of these transformation journeys, and share how a hard-pressed group of developers were able to break from apparent underperformance, and achieve a smooth, self-organising cadence - to the benefit of everyone.
