Digital transformation isn’t easy, and the accelerated demand of the past 12 months has been unchartered territory, especially in the automotive sector. How does the industry align their in-person and digital offerings? How does the automotive industry digitise, automate and continue evolving?

To explore these questions further, we’ve brought together two highly knowledgeable figures from the automotive sector and invited them to share their own perspectives on what really matters in digital transformation.

Phil Norris, Director for Platform and Enablers for KINTO Europe, will be discussing “Why It Is Hard To Pivot, Is Why We Must”. With a focus upon smart mobility solutions, Phil will be addressing why OEM’s work as they do today, how they differ from their competitors and the options for change.

Andy Garrett, Chief Information Officer at Lookers, will look at “How We Accelerated Our Digital Journey And Kept The Business Going”. By creating a fully digital, contactless purchasing experience and launch of our online ‘Click & Drive’ it really has now put digital transformation at the top of Lookers’ boardroom agenda. Lookers continues to strengthen its digital presence with the ultimate aim to conduct 25% of sales online. The goal is to put customers at the centre of the buying experience and give them an omni-channel, whether that choice be by foot, by phone or by web.
