Join us for the first of our London Tech Week online events, where Tim Hatton, AND’s Head of Insight, explores common challenges for organisations understanding their customers post-COVID-19.

COVID-19 has created new customer behaviour, new product demand and new stresses on business processes.  There are no playbooks for this situation - so what can businesses do to better understand their customers in this changing world?

Tim will share recent changes in customer behaviour, how organisations can adapt and which changes will continue post-pandemic.
