Last year we were named the Top Tech Employer by Leeds Digital Festival. The head of our Leeds club, James Locker, was recently talking about it with recruitment consultancy Amsource, saying how important it is for the team to have their work recognised and rewarded. “That’s the most pleasing thing, to have people’s daily efforts highlighted and not taken for granted,” he said.
We were particularly proud of this accolade because Leeds is such an important city to AND. With a new Leeds Club opening in September, we’re excited to be part of the burgeoning tech scene in the region in the future.
While we obviously appreciate the recognition, we’re now keen to help throw the focus back on all of the incredible work that’s happening in the city. That’s why we’re pleased to announce that we’ll be continuing to support the wider tech scene in the city by sponsoring Leeds Digital Festival 2021.
Leeds Digital Festival is a fantastic platform to celebrate all of the great things happening in Leeds across the tech community. This meant sponsoring the event was natural for us - it’s something we’ve done before and will continue to do.e. While it’s the perfect opportunity to shout about some of the great work we have done together with our Leeds based clients, more importantly it’s a great time to extend and strengthen our roots in the local community.
We have loads in store for the festival this year. Keep your eyes peeled for our logo starting to pop up across the city over the coming weeks. We will also be releasing our event schedule very soon and so, of course, don’t forget to come and say hi to us!
If you can’t wait until September or you want to hear more about the brand new club we are opening in Leeds, you can check out our careers page.
We have a huge range of great opportunities and roles available; if you’re ambitious, curious, and want to help make Leeds one of the most important tech hubs in the UK, join us.
