The increasing level of disruption and pace of change in today’s environment has made leadership tougher than ever, with leaders often not set up for success. Thriving under these conditions is challenging - especially if you don't have support, a community, coaching, or access to training.

Through our work coaching agile teams, we recognised that while individuals and teams strive to optimise their performance, many of the factors that truly influence how you show up as a leader get completely ignored in traditional training programmes. This insight led us to develop AND We Lead, a programme designed to equip you with a combination of practical tools and deep personal insights, and bolstered with ongoing support that helps you and your team truly thrive.

 

 

What is AND We Lead?

 

AND We Lead is an 11-week leadership development programme designed to help you build capability, find your focus, and sustain meaningful change in your leadership journey. The programme blends practical leadership skills with deep self-awareness, supporting you to develop a personalised action plan that fits your unique context, preferences, and personality. Through a combination of workshops, coaching, and action learning groups, participants gain the tools and insights needed to drive team cohesion and long-lasting impact in their organisations.

What sets AND We Lead apart is the unique blend of expertise behind the programme. Participants benefit from a combination of psychological insight and agile delivery know-how, supported by practitioners from across AND Digital with a range of specialist backgrounds. This approach ensures that every cohort experiences a thoughtful, human-centred journey; one that goes beyond surface-level skills to foster genuine self-understanding and practical leadership capability.

 


Why does it exist?

 

There’s not a one-size-fits-all approach to digital leadership; it’s shaped by context, personality and purpose. We teach leaders how to truly listen, to yourself and to others, and understanding what drives you, what excites you, and where you want to grow. Many leaders are dependable and fair-minded, but often at the cost of their own space and time. AND We Lead exists to help leaders find that balance: to build new capabilities confidently, while also making room for reflection and personal growth.

Designed for groups of up to 12 people, the programme is for aspiring and emerging leaders who would like to develop into their leadership roles with confidence and clarity.
