IAG Loyalty participants reported 100% confidence in their ability to envision and articulate their priorities for progressing in their leadership role, and 90% stated they had the confidence in understanding the impression they give off to their teams and others.
With notable improvements in team cohesion and psychological safety, the group now have designed and implemented new processes for delivery initiatives and knowledge sharing.
With 8 personalised leadership reports delivered, and 4 digital leader workshops hosted on capability areas that the Product Leaders had prioritised, significant improvements in individual goal setting, confidence and resilience were also reported.
