IAG Loyalty is central to IAG’s airline and partner loyalty ecosystem, connecting customers with airlines such as British Airways, Iberia, Aer Lingus, Vueling, and Qatar Airways. Beyond flight bookings, it offers customers the chance to earn and redeem Avios through everyday purchases, co-branded credit cards, and a wide network of retail partners.

Understanding that loyalty is built on value, convenience, and meaningful experiences, IAG Loyalty created the Avios mobile app to put this power directly into customers’ hands. It delivers the ultimate convenience, empowering customers to design their perfect getaway, using Avios for flights, accommodation, transport, and unforgettable adventures, all from the device they carry every day.
